By installing or using Mailshade ("the Extension"), you agree to these terms.
License
Mailshade is licensed under AGPL-3.0-or-later. You may use, modify, and redistribute it under those terms. See LICENSE in the source repository at github.com/mailshade/mailshade.
No warranty
The Extension is provided "as is" without any warranty. We do our best to keep your inbox usable and your blocked-event log accurate, but you should periodically export your data as backup.
Acceptable use
Don't use the Extension to violate other people's privacy or break the law. Mailshade is a personal privacy tool — it strips tracking pixels and sender-side analytics from your own inbox; it is not a vehicle for harassment, surveillance of others, or evasion of legitimate compliance obligations of the senders.
Paid tiers and refunds
Paid tiers (Founders Lifetime, Lifetime, Annual, Monthly) are billed by Polar (our Merchant of Record). Refund terms are covered in the separate Refund Policy. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the Extension, including but not limited to lost mail, missed deliveries, or loss of locally stored blocked-event data.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via the changelog and an in-extension banner.
