Refund Policy
Mailshade offers a 30-day no-questions refund on every paid tier (Founders Lifetime, Lifetime, Annual, and Monthly).
How to request a refund
Email support@mailshade.org from the address you used at checkout. Include either your Polar order ID or your license key. We will refund the full amount of your most recent purchase within 5 business days, no follow-up questions asked.
What happens to your license
Once a refund is issued, the corresponding license key is revoked. The Extension stays installed and continues to work in its free mode — your locally stored data (blocked tracker events, settings) is not deleted.
Renewals
For Annual and Monthly tiers, the 30-day window applies to each renewal independently. If you forget to cancel and want a refund of the latest renewal, email us within 30 days of that renewal charge.
Chargebacks
Please reach out to support@mailshade.org first — we will almost always refund without question. Issuing a chargeback without contacting us also revokes your license but takes longer and incurs fees on our side that we'd rather put into the product.
Payments processor
All payments are processed by Polar.sh, who acts as our Merchant of Record. Refunds appear on the same payment method used at checkout, subject to your bank's processing time.
